What material do you use?

We use engineered wood with solid wood core that termite resistant and humidity.

Do colors look the same as the photos? 

Screen settings and lighting can change how color looks. To be sure about color, we will send more photos or sample finish.

Can I request a custom size or color?

Yes. Many of our pieces are made to order, so you can request  different size, wood finish or color. 

Tell us the product, the size you need and the finish. We will confirm if it can be made, the price and the production time before you pay.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. RR Shine ships internationally. Shipping cost for overseas orders is paid by the buyer and is not included in the product price. After you place an order (or send an inquiry), we will confirm the shipping quote based on destination, package size and weight. Customs duties, import taxes and any local fees in your country are also the buyer's responsibility.

How much is international shipping?

It depends on the country, the size of the furniture and the shipping method. Because furniture is bulky, we calculate the rate per order. Contact us with your city and country and we will send an estimate before you pay.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The furniture covered for 6-12 months against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover for normal wear, scratches from use, water damage or wrong assembling.

What is not cover by warranty?

Wrong use, outdoor use (if the piece is for indoor), moving damage after delivery and changes you make to the product.
